Nasty Cold. SEXY Voice.

I have one of the worst colds I've ever had to contend with, it's wreaking havoc on my system and it's tearing up my voice-box. I can't stop coughing and each time I do it feels like my throat's going through a cheese grater.

It's not all bad though, I currently have the raspiest, deepest, boomingest, sexiest voice I've ever had and I couldn't let it go to waste. I used this creamy voice to record myself reading my all-time favorite comic book speech.

Here's me reading Darkseid's triumphant speech from Final Crisis #5 after he took over the universe and essentially became the new God.

My Favorite Super Villain Speech

I am rewriting this 'Dic Pics' script I've been toying with and I'll have a new version posted tomorrow. I've pretty much lost everything after the opening scene, I found I was writing myself into a corner. I was trying to squeeze too much into what was supposed to be a short script and it wasn't working so I finally decided to scrap half of what I wrote. I've also started on a second script involving those same characters, hopefully I can finish up both soon.

In the meantime I am going to post this page, its my all time favorite comic book villain speech. Its so bad ass. This one comes from the series 'Final Crisis' and is written by Grant Morrison. Enjoy.
